An Iranian news agency released footage of what it says are the launching of missiles towards Israel earlier in the evening.

Iran fired ballistic missiles at Israel in retaliation for Israel's campaign against Tehran's Hezbollah allies in Lebanon, drawing vows of a sharp response from both Israel and the United States.

Israel said more than 180 missiles were launched into Israel from Iran and Israeli air defenses were activated to intercept them. US Navy warships fired about a dozen interceptors against Iranian missiles headed toward Israel, the Pentagon said.

Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps said the assault was in retaliation for recent Israeli killings of militant leaders and aggression in Lebanon and Gaza. Its forces used hypersonic Fattah missiles for the first time, and 90% of its missiles successfully hit their targets in Israel, the Revolutionary Guards said.

No injuries were reported in Israel, but one man was killed in the occupied West Bank, authorities there said.

A former commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) and current legislator says Iran's missile launchers are fully loaded to give a firm response to any potential Israeli attack following the country's retaliatory Operation True Promise II against the Zionist entity.

Launchers and launch platforms have been loaded, and are ready to respond to any potential act of mischief by the Zionist regime.

Sirens sounded all over the occupied territories as the IRGC launched a barrage of missiles against the Zionist regime.

Flares and missiles were seen in the Tel Aviv sky and explosions could be heard in the occupied al-Quds, prompting illegal settlers to flee into shelters.

The Israel Airports Authority said that no aircraft will be allowed to take off or arrive at all Israeli airports.

Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported “direct hits” in Negev, Sharon and other locations from Iran’s attack.
