IRGC says U.S. bases and Israel targeted as escalation continues

Iran launches striking more than 55 targets

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said it carried out the 70th wave of "Operation True Promise 4," striking more than 55 targets it identified across the region, including U.S. military installations and sites inside Israeli-held territory.

The IRGC named five U.S. bases as struck: al‑Kharj (Saudi Arabia), al‑Dhafra (UAE), Ali al‑Salem (Kuwait), Erbil (Iraq) and the U.S. Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain, and said attacks used Qiam, Emad, Khorramshahr‑4, multi‑warhead Qadr missiles and attack drones.

Iranian statements described explosions, fires and smoke in targeted areas and said strikes hit strategic zones in Haifa, Tel Aviv and nearby towns, contributing to “conditions beyond the enemy’s estimates.”

The IRGC framed the phase as part of a strategy of “gradual attrition” and warned it would continue to target the origins of aggression against Iran. Israeli authorities reported air‑raid sirens, visible projectiles over Tel Aviv skies and light injuries and damage in multiple locations, while emergency services said no major casualties were confirmed.

The IRGC tied the wave to ongoing retaliatory operations launched after recent strikes it attributes to U.S. and Israeli actions; independent verification of the full scope, impacts and claimed base hits was not available.
