IRGC reports new wave of strikes
Iran says attacks hit U.S. and Israeli sites
The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) said its latest strikes targeted command-and-control centers, drone facilities and sites used by US and Israeli personnel as part of the 87th wave of “Operation True Promise 4.” In a statement, the IRGC described the campaign as a sustained, multi‑phase offensive hitting military and logistical infrastructure across the region, including alleged locations used to shelter American and Israeli pilots, drone hangars, weapons support warehouses and other military sites.
The IRGC said strikes struck five American bases and multiple centers in the occupied Palestinian territories—naming Haifa Bay, Kiryat Shmona, Tel Aviv, Be’er Sheva, Dimona—and other regional sites such as Al Kharj, Juffair and Victoria. The force said it employed liquid‑ and solid‑fuel ballistic missiles (including Emad, Qiam and Khorramshahr 4) and suicide drones.
Tehran framed the strikes as retaliation for a wider campaign it says targeted Iran after the February 28 assassination of senior Iranian figures, asserting that US and Israeli aerial attacks on Iranian military and civilian sites prompted successive Iranian missile-and-drone responses against American and Israeli positions and regional bases.
